Inexpensive, easy to build and super versatile!
I know that 3D printing is crushing the pre-made terrain market. But, trust me when I say that 3D printing is FAR from being ‘plug and play’. So, while you’re debating (aka arguing with the wife) on pulling the trigger for a big 3D printer purchase. Here’s some easy to assemble and inexpensive terrain pieces that are versatile and look great on the table! All parts are laser cut on a custom colored sheet of heavy duty 2mm cardboard. No painting required! Just punch them out with a sharp knife (be safe!) and glue them together with inexpensive dollar store thick white glue – WHAM BAM – throw them on the table!
One sheet holds enough pieces to build 10 28mm wooden crates. These crates are modelled after crates used in the 19th and 20th centuries, specifically the American “Wild” West and the American Civil War.. but similar crates have been used for a very long time and are still used today! Once built, these crates can provide that added touch of “realism” to you tabletop setups, they can also be used as objectives that your miniature forces are fighting over, or they can be interactive terrain with lawmen and outlaws alike taking cover from unfriendly fire behind them – or all of the above!
Miniature figures, buildings and terrain elements are not included and shown for scale only.
