A Pillage warband is 15 to 30 models a side. A sprue is six to eight figures. So most warbands land at three or four sprues — and which three or four depends entirely on which faction you're fielding and how you want it weighted.
That's the problem with buying by the box. A box commits you to one sprue repeated, when your list wants a spread: more spears here, more bow there, a couple of characters and a hearthguard core.
We split the boxes and bags. Victrix and Wargames Atlantic Dark Age frames are available individually, so you can put together the exact composition your faction list calls for, in the numbers it calls for.
Both ranges are 28mm and mix reasonably well, which matters if you're building a second faction or want variety across a shield wall. Heads, shields and weapon arms can swap between them.
