Metalstorm provides you with a quick and simple set of rules for fantasy skirmishes between opposing warbands, however it can easily be modified to fit whatever genre you prefer. The rules allow for quick hacking, providing you with a foundation to build the kind of experience that you desire. Metalstorm is miniatures-agnostic, and theme-agnostic, allowing you to use the rules to whatever world or setting you wish.
Games of Metalstorm are played on battlefields of 1 by 1 or 2 by 2 feet in size, allowing for quick skirmishes, and use a simple point system for warband creation. The rules require a single six-sided die per player and offer additional rules that come optional, such as spellcasting, rules for undead warbands, scenarios and rules for playing solitaire.
Planned future releases for Metalstorm will expand the zine, bringing additional options and more to your games.
